TOXICOLOGY

We offer an expansive test menu with an industry leading turnaround time of 24-72 hours to serve the varied needs of health care providers, hospitals, addiction centers, and rehabilitation facilities including methadone and suboxone clinics.

We provide urine testing services for medication monitoring and management, treatment plan compliance, drug and alcohol testing, and pain management and rehabilitation. We also provide oral fluid testing, as well as urine testing.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

When understanding complex medication interactions is critical, you need fast, reliable, and accurate insights. Whether you are determining a new prescription or monitoring compliance, we offer a range of specialized tests to suit your needs. For precise medication management, our lab analyzes both the parent drug and metabolites for a wide array of commonly prescribed substances, including benzodiazepines, stimulants, pregabalin, and gabapentin. Additionally, we provide comprehensive testing tailored specifically for pain management programs. â€‹

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING

Urine testing is a reliable and noninvasive method for assessing drug and alcohol use. Whether evaluating a patient’s eligibility for specific treatments or monitoring compliance with an addiction recovery program, we offer a comprehensive range of drug and alcohol testing services to support confident, informed clinical decisions.

EtG (Ethyl Glucuronide) testing is a reliable method for detecting recent alcohol use. This biomarker is a metabolites of ethanol and can be identified in urine for up to 80 hours after consumption, even after alcohol itself is no longer detectable. This makes EtG testing particularly effective when recent alcohol exposure is suspected.

In addition to ethanol, EtG testing, our laboratory offers advanced analytical capabilities for the detection of both parent drugs and metabolites associated with commonly encountered illicit substances. These include 6‑Acetylmorphine (heroin), MDMA, MDA, MDEA, PCP, benzoylecgonine (cocaine), mitragynine (kratom), and methamphetamine.

TREATMENT PLAN COMPLIANCE

Comprehensive toxicology testing is essential for developing and implementing effective, data-driven treatment plans. It allows for objective monitoring of medication adherence while identifying potential contraindications or dangerous interactions, ultimately ensuring patient safety and treatment integrity.

From medication management to addiction treatment and rehabilitation, we offer comprehensive testing services tailored to your needs. Beyond standard alcohol and drug screens, our lab specializes in detecting parent drugs and metabolites for addiction treatments, including buprenorphine (Buprenex, Butrans) and methadone (Dolophine, Methadose).

PAIN MANAGEMENT

AND REHABILITATION

Assessing patient adherence and monitoring medication use through urine drug testing is a critical component of prescribing controlled substances for pain management. Comprehensive testing supports informed clinical decision-making, helps evaluate compliance with prescribed treatment plans, and reduces risk for both providers and their practices.

Our laboratory offers advanced testing capabilities to detect both parent drugs and metabolites of medications commonly used in the management of acute and chronic pain. These include, but are not limited to, codeine; morphine (DepoDur®, Astramorph®); hydrocodone (Hysingla® ER, Zohydro® ER, Vantrela® ER); norhydrocodone; hydromorphone (Dilaudid®, Hydromorph®); oxycodone (OxyContin®, Oxecta®, Roxicodone®); noroxycodone; oxymorphone (Opana®); naloxone (Evzio®); naltrexone (Revia®, Vivitrol®); meperidine (Demerol®); normeperidine; tapentadol (Nucynta®, Palexia®); tramadol (Ultram®, Zytram®); fentanyl (Actiq®, Duragesic®, Fentora®): and buprenorphine (Buprenex®, Butrans®, Belbuca®).
